Always on the lookout for some extra inspiration, Paul took the opportunity to visit the Dreaming Tree himself whilst he was there, and spent some quality time sitting in the very same spot that Walt Disney had whiled away his time, day-dreaming about talking mice, fairytale castles and magical fantasy worlds.
How dull would life be for those young minds just discovering the importance of imagination, if a box was just a box, a cave just a cave and a tree just a tree? Here at Treehouse Life - being a bunch of big kids ourselves - we are passionate about replacing the ordinary with the unexpected and sparking the imaginations of the next generation of doers, thinkers, inventors and explorers.
But perhaps one of the best things of all about being a grandparent is being able to spoil your offspring's offspring, and treat them to something you previously wouldn't have had the spare cash to splash out on. Like a treehouse, for example. In fact, many of Treehouse Life's customers are grandparents - retired, foot-loose and fancy free, and finally in the financial position to do something really special for their family.

When it comes to designing, creating, imagining and building our incredible treehouses, here at Treehouse Life we simply refuse to conform to the expected. Or even accept that there are certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. We certainly don't believe in giving up, taking the easy road or listening to the words 'No', 'Impossible' or 'Can't be done'.
Too often we spend our time worrying about the bigger picture. We waste precious years wanting more and more. We focus on the future and dwell in the past and then, as a consequence, forget to enjoy the present.
Obviously, as our name implies, we're rather partial to the odd tree. But did we mention just how much we love them?
Of course we can't promise Mediterranean temperatures or an overgrown mouse with big ears, but a Treehouse Life treehouse is - even if we say so ourselves - special enough to justify staying at home and dealing with the rain. In fact, we'd go so far as to say that our original Paul Cameron designs could defiantly offer enough to keep the whole family entertained for weeks on end.

Instead of merely recording the everyday memories that go into the album, why not create some instead - and give your kids such a magical childhood that they'll never forget.

A treehouse is a place where children can go to play and talk, or simply sit quietly in the Hammock Bridge and listen to a story being read. It's a chance for them to find out what they can do and learn when to push the boundaries. It's a place where they are safe to discover, imagine and aspire.

Treehouse places in which they are free to delve into their imagination and create new lands inside their heads. Treehouse places where they can laugh, learn and be free - where they can just be.
